Each triniti™ treatment session includes:
- FotoFacial RF© Color Correction improves telangiectasias (spider veins), rosacea, poikiloderma, age and sun spots, uneven skin tone and sun-damaged skin.
- Refirme™ Skin Tightening targets telltale signs of aging, including; jowl and neck laxity, sagginess under the eyes, saggy brow lines, and nasolabial folds. This treatment
stimulates long term collagen synthesis as well as the tightening of existing collagen fibers, giving an immediate firmed appearance. In addition to the immediate contraction of existing collagen fibers, with time, the laxity of the brow, jowls, neck and cheek areas will continue to improve due to the delayed collagen remodeling response.

How does the triniti™ skin series work?
The 3 treatment technologies of the triniti™ skin series – color correction, skin tightening and wrinkle treatment – feature combined Bi-Polar Radio Frequency, Laser and Light energies which precisely heat tissue within the targeted treatment area to stimulate improvement within the skin.
How many office visits are required?
triniti™ saves time compared to other treatment programs. Initial color correction, skin tightening and wrinkle reduction can all be achieved in a single office visit. Typically, 3 visits are required to complete the triniti™ program, however, some people may choose to continue up to 5 treatments.
How long does the treatment take?
Total triniti™ treatment time is 40 – 60 minutes. If the neck is also treated, allow an additional 15 – 30 minutes. Typically three sessions spaced three to four weeks apart are performed. One touch-up session may be beneficial every six months.
Does it hurt?
Most patients easily undergo the procedure. The pulses of combined energy can cause the sensation of heat or brief stinging. Topical anesthetic cream and external cooling can be used to increase your comfort level.
Is there any downtime?
Some swelling and/or redness is usually visible immediately after the treatment. The redness subsides quickly but some swelling may continue to be slightly evident for up to 36 hours following the treatment. This is a sign of the skin working to respond to the treatment, which is the process through which new collagen and elastin is formed. Most patients return immediately to work. Ibuprofen taken immediately before and after treatment will minimize the duration of swelling.
Is it safe?
Treatment is safe and effective for most skin types and skin colors.
