Arrival:
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

Post Treatment:
After your treatment, you will be given a post treatment information sheet with instructions to follow in order to obtain optimal results. You will also receive a contact card from your SKIN medical aesthetic professional. Should you have any questions after your treatment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return Visits:
Due to the popularity of the unique services offered at SKIN MediSpa, we highly recommend that you schedule your next SKIN visit prior to leaving in order to secure your preferred time.

SKIN Gift Cards are the perfect gift for anyone who wants to improve both the health and appearance of their skin. SKIN Gift Cards are available through our Client Coordinators, are transferable and can be used on any of our treatments and products. SKIN Gift Cards are nonrefundable.

We kindly accept VISA, MasterCard, direct debit, cash and SKIN Gift Cards as methods of payment. Our prices are subject to change and the applicable sales tax will be applied at the time of purchase. Medicard and Credit Medical financing services are also available and can be facilitated by our Client Coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:
Please keep in mind that "no-shows" and late cancellations prevent our aesthetic professionals and therapists from accommodating other clients. Please note that to cancel or change your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment fee. Failure to show without notice will result in 100% of the service price charged to your account.
